 Ron is the owner of the agency. He attended the University of New Mexico and is a veteran of the United States Air Force where he served for eight years. While in the Air Force he was certified as a safety specialist. He was employed by Erie Insurance Group as a risk management consultant for nine years. Ron has a strong background in commercial and life insurance products which our insured's find to be very valuable.

A 1998 graduate of Muskingum College, Kim has been with the Insurance Centre Agency since 2004. Most recently, Kim worked for Rehab Services, Inc., a rehabilitative health care company in the Cleveland area where her responsibilities included assisting the marketing department, ensuring health insurance compliance and performing customer service duties. Previously, she worked for WJER radio in Dover, Ohio as a news reporter. She is excited about learning more about the insurance business and looks forward to serving the community through the Insurance Centre Agency.

Lauren is a 2000 graduate of Waynedale High School and attended Baldwin-Wallace College. She was hired in 2005 as a customer service representative, and is licensed in P&C, life, and health insurance.

Steve Osiecki attended the Penn-State University. He has worked for Ripley Machine & Tool Company as a General Manager and also served as Operations Manager for Kaman Industrial Technologies. He looks forward to serving all clients with great service and a positive attitude.
